Shipping
Everything we sell is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your hat is embroidered after you place your order, one at a time.
How long it takes
Production: 2–5 business days. That's the embroidery or print itself.
Transit: 3–5 business days by USPS, UPS, or similar once it ships.
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days of ordering. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.
Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: $5.99 on US orders under $50.
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more (before tax).
- Express transit: $11.99. Faster carrier transit once the hat ships — production is still 2–5 business days. A phone number is required for Express.
Two or more hats: use code MULTIHAT15 at checkout for 15% off and free standard shipping.
Singles under $50 pay standard shipping and full price (unless a different promo is running).

United States only, for now.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear.
Where it's made
Embroidered and printed to order by our US-based print partners, then shipped directly to you.
Delays
Carriers occasionally run late — weather, holidays, volume. If your order is more than 5 business days past the window above, email pethoodcustomercare@shopethood.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
