How long does my order take?

Everything is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–5 in transit. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.

Is shipping free?

Free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more (before tax). Under $50, standard shipping is $5.99. Express is $11.99 (phone number required). Buy 2+ dad hats with code MULTIHAT15 for 15% off and free standard shipping. We ship within the United States only.

Can I track it?

Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships; allow 24–48 hours for the first scan.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll catch it before production starts. After that it's already being made.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Email a photo and your order number within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. No return needed.

Can I return it if I just don't love it?

Yes — 30 days, unworn with tags, refund or exchange. You cover return postage; there's no restocking fee.

What size are the hats?

One size, adjustable strap with an antique brass buckle. Fits most adults.

Do you make things for the dog too?

Matching bandanas and dog tees are coming. The hats are for the humans.
