Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 4–15 business days from the day you order. Some orders could take up to 20 business days.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled from our supplier's warehouses in China and the United States, depending on the item. Delivery times above account for this.

Import Charges
Pethood covers all customs duties and import charges on orders shipped to the United States. You will not be billed for import fees on delivery. In the unlikely event that you are, contact us at pethoodcustomercare@shopethood.com with a copy of the charge and we'll reimburse you in full.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
